Move your body daily

There is a common misconception that in order to exercise, you need to move until you vomit. Of course, this is an option but most people don’t want this. Exercise can be taking a walk and stretching your legs for half an hour, taking a yoga class, or vacuuming your stairs with some enthusiasm. If you have a smartwatch with a fitness tracker, you might have noticed that your exercise bar moves when you are not exercising. This is because you are moving your body in a way that is classed as exercise. Getting your heart pumping for around 30 minutes every day has huge benefits to your health.

If there is one thing that is underrated, it is getting a good night's sleep. Sleeping is frowned upon because of the rise of “hustle porn” but we don’t need to work 60 hours a week to keep the roof over our heads. If you are tired, it will affect so many areas of your life. For one, you should not be driving when you are tired as you are more likely to have an accident. Make sure that you take some to get some rest. When you are well-rested, you are happier, more productive, and your body can cope better with the demands of daily life.
