Change Your Posture


Start by simply changing your posture. Your posture says a lot about you. If your shoulders are slumped and you’re facing the floor, you’re not going to look or feel very good at all. Roll your shoulders back and keep your head up. Correct yourself when you notice your posture slipping. This will help you to avoid health problems in the future, as well as help you to look and feel better now.



Educate Yourself


The more you know, the better. Knowledge is power, after all! Read books on important social issues. Read books on building good habits and confidence. Get into self help. Teach yourself as much as you can and soon, you’ll realize how powerful and capable you truly are.
