The purpose of this blog is to help guide current and potential clients on their journeys to improve their overall health and wellness. My clients are typically women over 40 completely new to healthy living (as I was), returning to living healthy after a hiatus in life, or have found themselves to be stuck on their journey and need direction to return to their healthy living path.
