The purpose of this blog is to help guide current and potential clients on their journeys to improve their overall health and wellness. My clients are typically women over 40 completely new to healthy living (as I was), returning to living healthy after a hiatus of life, or have found herself to be stuck on her journey and need direction to return to her healthy living path.

Articles are published depending on the volume of submissions. They will be published within a month (on Thursdays) except when they're themed by holidays, seasons, etc. Once published, please visit the post and promote it via the SHARE icons.
